It appears to many that BP is doing as little as possible to prevent further catastrophic damage of the Gulf Coast ecosystem.  There are rumors that BP is doing this to help Obama and the Democrats advance their “nationalize the oil industry” agenda.  So, it would appear that BP is falling on it’s sword for the global good… which will be debated in secret and then foisted upon humanity by an insane group of rich and powerful control freaks.  Does anyone actually believe that they have our best interests in mind?
